Rocky Mountain Protective Services (RMPS) is seeking professional and reliable Security Escorts to support security operations at a government facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Security Escort will be responsible for providing escort services to authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors while helping maintain a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established security procedures.
ResponsibilitiesProvide security escort services for authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors.
Ensure escorted individuals follow applicable security requirements and procedures.
Monitor assigned areas and maintain awareness of potential security concerns.
Verify personnel and access authorization as required.
Identify and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activity.
Follow all site-specific security procedures, instructions, and post orders.
Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate activity, incident, and visitor documentation.
Conduct security checks or patrols as assigned.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and authorized personnel.
Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times.
Protect sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
Must have separated from the military within the last year .
Recent military experience strongly preferred.
National Guard and Army Reserve candidates preferred.
Previous military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Reliable and dependable.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
Must be able to pass all required employment and site-specific screening.
